We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund:

- We review and initiate the refund within 3 business days. Refunds typically reach your account in 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
3. What is refundable
- Full plan payments made within the last 30 days.
4. What is not refundable
- Payments older than 30 days.
- Payments where the account has been terminated for a material breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Payments that have already been reversed or charged back through your bank or card issuer.
5. Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your original payment method and your bank's processing times.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please follow the refund process above if you are within the 30-day window.
